Manual Lymphatic Dranage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, non-oil massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system. It moves excess fluid (lymph) from swollen areas to functioning lymph nodes using light, rhythmic, skin-stretching strokes. This promotes detoxification, reduces swelling, and boosts immunity.

Scar Work

Scar work uses a very light touch to address lumps, gaps, ridges, holes, bumps, knots, and strings in tissue. These irregularities rapidly smooth out into the surrounding three-dimensional fascial web. The work starts with surface layers and eventually reaches deeper involved viscera, which often reduces nerve-impaired numbness.
