Physio-Synthesis "Connecting within"

I was introduced to this course by a bodywork friend from Taipei. Initially, I didn't know much about it, but I later discovered that it was developed by Dr. Amy Cochran, who was one of the original teachers of Dr. Ida Rolf, the founder of Structural Integration (Rolfing SI).

Experiencing this movement workshop with Joy Carey was true eye-opening for me. It validated what I have been integrating some of the similar movements into my Structural Integration work.

It was excising to know that teachers like regend doctors like Dr. Ida Rolf, Dr. Amy Cochran were thinking.
