Should I choose the oil/lotion massage therapy or non-oil care?
Hands-on care can be approached with oil/lotion care, dry care, or a combination of both. Each has distinct benefits and practical considerations. Although both can be relaxing and therapeutic, if you are looking for particular goals or issues with your session, you can consult before your session booking to find out which methods will be useful for your current condition.
Swedish massage with oil is a very popular choice primarily designed for relaxation, stress reduction, and calming the nervous system.
Dry care is used for more specific work such as fascial work, deep muscle targeting work, manual lymphatic work, and scar work. Also, popular for clients who do not want to have lubricant on the body.
Here is our practitioners and modalities information regarding this matter.
Yasuka works non-oil/lotion care (Dry Care) only.
Yuki and myself (Kay) can work with oil/lotion or without oil/lotion (Dry Care).
